1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 1 business day inside Riyadh.
Outside Riyadh it depends on the courier:
DHL, 2-3 business days.
Aramex, 5-7 business days.
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, usually 5-7 business days via DHL.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please ensure you enter the correct full address and contact number when placing your order.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use it to monitor your shipment status.
4. What materials do you use in your jewelry?
Our pieces are crafted using premium materials like 18k gold, diamonds, and natural gemstones. Material details are listed in each product deion.
5. Will my jewelry tarnish or lose color?
Never. Our jewelry is made to maintain its brilliance. With proper care and storage, your pieces will stay elegant and radiant.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes!
- Returns: Within 3 days of receiving your order
- Exchanges: Within 7 days
Items must be in original condition, with all accessories, and accompanied by the invoice or warranty.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective.
7. Do you offer warranty on your products?

8. Can I customize a jewelry piece or make a special order?
Currently, we do not offer customization or bespoke designs.
9. Do you include a gift box or packaging?
Yes! Every order is delivered in our elegant Sedra packaging, perfect for gifting.
You can also add a gift box with artificial flowers for an extra fee.
We’re happy to print a personalized message on your gift card—just leave the note at checkout.
10. Can you deliver the order to someone else?
Yes, we do that all the time!
Simply select “Someone else is receiving it” at checkout and provide their name and phone number.
Don’t forget to include the gift message in the notes section.
