Return & Exchange Policy

  • Orders may be returned within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Orders may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • A warranty card or original invoice must be presented to process any return or exchange.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees back to the store, unless:
    • The wrong item was sent.
    • The item is defective or damaged.

In such cases, Sedra Jewellery will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the same payment card used for the original purchase. The processing time may vary depending on the issuing bank.
